These are approximate
cuts.
All beef is sold as hanging weight (weight before
butchering). Price is determined by this weight.
A quarter of a beef weighs about 200 lbs hanging weight and dresses out about 70% so net meat is approximately 140 lbs per quarter. Cost includes cutting and wrapping.
As each beef processed is different, please call for current weights.
All packages
are labeled by content. Steaks are 3/4 inches
thick and are individually wrapped.
Special cuts or thicknesses can be processed with a minimum order of half of a beef. There is no extra charge however we do require notification at time of ordering.
Ground beef is packaged in 1-lb plastic tubes. There is no added fat to the ground beef.
